Mindful Meals Made Easy is a simplified program for eating better and achieving fat loss. This program includes 6 different calorie/macro range meal plans. I wanted to include all plans together instead of individually because I believe it's important to be able to see how to slowly increase your macros over time and wanted you to be able to learn as you go by being able to see the small changes between plans. There are over 20 recipes included. You will also receive Lists of the most common optimal and less optimal food breakdowns for easy reference. These lists will allow you to sub in and out foods furthering the learning process. There is also a simplified breakdown of changes to make to your eating pattern, how to build a balanced meal, macro guidance, and more!!!
